Fagner M. Rocha
Dr. Fagner M. Rocha,
is our CVYO program director and works with the CVYO Symphony Orchestra.

Dr. Rocha also works as Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Orchestral Activities at Angelo State University.
Emilee Hall-Rocha
Mrs. Emilee Hall-Rocha,
is our Assistant Director.
Mrs. Rocha also works as Orchestra Director at Central High School in San Angelo, TX.
